While I did get the sizes mixed up intending for the bigger pillow, my sister was happy and that's what matters in the end. It's a perfect reminder of the furry friend that she lost. I'm glad to have bought this item

My daughter loved the pillow. The picture was of her favorite cat that has passed away and this allows her to sleep with her favorite cat.

I thought the pillow was good quality. I wish they had software that showed exactly what your pillow would look like when finished , based on the picture submitted. The pillow is off centered from the picture I submitted. This off set makes the final picture on the pillow seem like its facing in a diff direction instead of right at you. To get the effect I desired I have to tilt the pillow or turn it , so it doesnt lay flat. If I had it to do all over again , I probably wouldnt have purchased the item. I unfortunately didnt have a perfect picture to submit. My advice to any potential purchasers would be to only get the "face" version of the product and not "face & body" , which is what I purchased

It was my daughter’s favorite gift she got for Christmas. She can’t wait to bring her pillow to college. She misses her cat so much when she’s gone and loves that she’ll get to snuggle him when away from him!

The photo was nice but the overall pillow seemed low quality. It was not easy to track my package and the communication was not great.

The quality of the pillow was great but the size was ALOT smaller than expected. The pillow I received is the size for a doll. I intended for it to be used for my daughter going to college who will miss her cat dearly.
